Driving School Terms and Conditions

Welcome to DDrivingSchool.com (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking driving lessons or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Lessons & Bookings

Eligibility: You must be at least 17 years old and hold a valid UK provisional driving licence.

Lesson Duration: Lessons are typically 1–2 hours unless otherwise agreed.

Booking Confirmation: Lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to instructor availability.

Cancellations: Our lesson cancellation policy requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson without incurring charges. Late cancellations may be charged at the full lesson rate.

2. Payments

Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other methods as agreed.

Lesson fees must be paid in advance or at the time of the lesson.

Block bookings must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Instructor Responsibilities

All instructors are DVSA-approved and fully qualified.

Instructors will arrive on time and conduct lessons in a professional, safe, and supportive manner.

The instructor reserves the right to withhold the use of the vehicle for the driving test if they believe the pupil is not test-ready or poses a safety risk.

4. Pupil Responsibilities

Pupils must present a valid UK provisional driving licence at their first lesson.

Pupils must inform the instructor of any health condition or medication that could affect their ability to drive.

Pupils must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during lessons. If the instructor suspects this, the lesson will be terminated, and the full fee will still be charged.

5. Driving Tests

We can assist with booking practical tests, but the responsibility for ensuring eligibility and valid documentation lies with the pupil.

We are not responsible for DVSA test cancellations or delays. Refunds for lesson time lost due to DVSA decisions are not guaranteed.

6. Liability

We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of our services, except where required by law.

We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle during lessons.

7. Website Use

All website content, branding, and materials are owned by us and must not be copied or used without permission.
